During our recent stay at Novotel Darwin, we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The lounge and dining area were comfortable, and the rooms were nicely appointed. The free laundry facilities were a bonus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the great location of the hotel, which was convenient for exploring the city. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The apartment was cheap and huge with very comfortable bed.

Very central location, at a short distance from Wave Lagoon. A twin room with a harbour view. Nice pool, parking on-site. A fantastic stay for 5 nights.

Internet was terrible.

It was a well-maintained hotel, nesteled in a functional building. Greatly enjoyed our room, it was beautifully maintained. We had extra special time at the property and would stay here again👍🙂❤

Had newly renovated and beautifully maintained room, it included a kettle, a lounge and climate control. Appreciated my stay here and would recommend this hotel.

The room was great-sized and recently refurbished with exceptionally comfortable beds as requested. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. The private parking was on site, friendly service.

The room was spotless, with a shared bathroom. The location in a good area was great and there were all major stores and main street stores nearby.

Some of the staff were not that friendly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was apparent throughout my stay. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated on the coast opposite the beautiful Bicentennial park on the Esplanade, it offered stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. Their service was top-notch and they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The basic amenities provided were also satisfactory, and the recently repainted rooms with two double beds and a view of the trees were a pleasant surprise.

My experience at this hotel was very good and I couldn't find any major faults.

This is the poorest example of a Novotel hotel. We were totally disappointed. The whole hotel needs to be refurbished. Not only that but it was down right dirty and dusty. Even the plants looked like they have not been well taken care of. The shower floor needed to be scrubbed - we are hoping we do not get a foot infection from it. The toliet kept running and the staff asked us to fix it. We did not bother eating in the restaurant - too expensive and feared food would not have been as good as the cost. I feel that we should have paid half of what we did. What a rip off! Can I get some money back????

The staff were pleasant and happy to oblige all requests, the loacation was perfect for my purpose.

The hotel is located in a prime spot on the waterfront, just across from the beautiful Bicentennial park. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the basic amenities provided. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the rooms, despite being in bad condition, offer stunning views of the harbor, and it's great to have a mirror in the main bedroom.

Good facilitys, good staff and comfortable rooms

Location is great - very central with lovely views of Darwin Harbour. Rooms are large, separation between bedrooms in suites is excellent. Parking available off street.

Parking for guests nowhere near sufficient for the number of rooms. I would say that reserving parking in advance would be essential if you want to be sure of a spot. Also, if parking is essential for you - should not make booking until availability of parking confirmed. Street parking is expensive and heavily patrolled in vicinity of hotel.
